Instructions
For meatballs: in a large bowl, add all the ingredients and with your hands, mix until well combined.
Make golf ball sized meatballs from the mixture and arrange onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Freeze or about 20 minutes.
In the pot of Instant Pot, place the meatballs and top with broth, soy sauce and fish sauce.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release for about 10 minutes and then, do a quick release.
Carefully, remove the lid and serve.
