Cut your butternut squash into cubes. Ensure they are roughly the same size to ensure even cooking.
Place the squash cubes in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are evenly spaced. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook for 20 minutes at 360F.
Remove the butternut squash from the air fryer, drizzle with honey, and serve.
