Mix the olive oil and your favorite pork seasoning together in a small bowl to create a dry rub. Rub the dry rub mixture all over the pork, covering it completely.
Place the pork in the air fryer basket, ensuring it's not too crowded, and air fry at 350F for 60 minutes.
Cook until the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145F and has a nice crust on the outside.
Remove the pork from the air fryer to rest for a few minutes. Then, shred the pork using two forks.
Serve on a bun, in tacos, or on a salad and enjoy!

Notes
Ensure you give your air fryer basket a light spray of non-stick cooking spray before adding the pork.
Your cook time might vary depending on the size of the roast.
Ensure you flip your pork roast halfway through cooking time. Flipping the pork over halfway through cooking will help to ensure that both sides are evenly browned.
Mix the shredded pork with barbecue sauce for a delicious, tangy flavor. Make sure to stir until the pork is well-coated.
