Instructions
Place the trivet in an instant pot and add 2 cups of water.
Add chocolate chunks, sugar, fresh cream, orange peel and orange essence in a small ceramic pot.
Secure with the lid and cook for 2 minutes on manual “high” pressure.
Release the pressure naturally.
Carefully transfer the mixture into fondue pot and serve with mini cupcakes, cut fruits, cookies etc.
