  • Take a bowl and add cream in it.
  • Whisk it well.
  • Place cream in mason jars and place mason jar on the trivet.
  • Place trivet in the instant pot.
  • Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 2 hours, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
  • Open the lid and cool your cream before using.
