Take a bowl and add cream in it.
Whisk it well.
Place cream in mason jars and place mason jar on the trivet.
Place trivet in the instant pot.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 2 hours, release the pressure naturally through steam vent.
Open the lid and cool your cream before using.
