white sauce

Instructions
Add butter in an instant pot. Add onions, garlic and pepper in it. Sauté.
Pour water in it. Add tomato paste, spinach puree and salt. Sauté
Cook on manual “High” pressure for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally.
Add white sauce and fresh cream to the pot.
Blend all the ingredients to get right consistency.
Serve with the topping of cream and sun dried tomatoes.
