  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup milk or soy milk
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup fast cooking oats
  • 2 tbsp walnuts chopped


  1. Select “Manual” function on the Instant Pot pressure cooker 

  2. Set the timer to 5 minutes with high pressure. 

  3. Add all the ingredients to its cooking pot.

  4. Seal the lid and cook on high for 5 minutes.

  5. Release the steam through quick pressure release and mix well.

  6. Serve warm with banana slice and walnuts on top.
