bunch fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
Put the olive oil, garlic and thyme in the instant pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 1 minute and add onions.
Sauté for 3 minutes and add the lamb meat.
Sauté for 2 minutes on each side and add rest of the ingredients.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 20 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
