Mix together ground cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge the pork in this mixture and coat well on both sides.
Put the oil and pork in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 3 minutes on both sides and add green chili tomatillo salsa.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at “High Pressure” for 20 minutes.
Carefully release the pressure naturally for 15 minutes and dish out.
