Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 pound chorizo chopped
  • 1/2 bunch kale de-stemmed
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in the Instant Pot and close the lid.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” mode at high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
  • Serve hot with French fries.
