In a blender, combine cherries, pineapple, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If your molds come with sticks, insert them. If not, freeze for about an hour, then insert wooden sticks.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or until solid.
To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.
