Optional for serving: ranch or blue cheese dressingcelery sticks
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or use a wire rack.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water until a batter forms. It should be thick enough to coat the cauliflower without dripping off.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off the excess, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the coating is golden and crispy.
While the cauliflower bakes, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
Notes
Make sure to cut the cauliflower into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
• Let the battered cauliflower sit for a few minutes before baking to help the coating stick.
• Bake on a wire rack over a baking sheet for extra crispiness.
• Toss with the buffalo sauce immediately after baking for maximum flavor absorption.
• Serve immediately after tossing with the sauce to maintain the best texture.
