Instructions

Toss the potato sticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately, garnished with optional toppings if desired.
