In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cooked pasta to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and enough reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
Mix in chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
