Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
Add the olive oil and sea salt, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
If using, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and/or red pepper flakes.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for the best flavor and bright color.
