Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
In a bowl, mix together spinach, cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff it with the spinach mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and any additional spices.
