Instructions

Gradually add warm water or coconut milk, whisking until you reach your desired consistency. The sauce should be smooth and pourable.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more soy sauce, lime juice, or honey if needed. For a spicier sauce, stir in sriracha or red pepper flakes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Stir well before serving if the sauce has been chilled.
