Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, roasted red pepper, hot peppers, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste the dip and adjust the salt or add more hot peppers according to your preference.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of paprika or chili powder on top for color.
Serve chilled with fresh bread, pita, or vegetables for dipping.
