Melt dark chocolate with half of the coconut oil. Spread on the sheet, chill for 20 minutes.
Melt white chocolate with remaining oil and peppermint extract. Spread over chilled dark chocolate.
Sprinkle crushed candies on top. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
Break into pieces and serve.
