Slice the buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
Layer each bun with roast beef and a slice of cheese.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the sliders.
Cover with the top halves of the buns.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
While baking, heat the beef broth in a saucepan.
Serve sliders warm with a side of hot beef broth for dipping.
