Halloumi cheese
250g
Flour
¼ cup
Paprika
1 tsp
Olive oil
for frying
Plain yogurt
for dipping
Lemon zest
optional
Fresh parsley
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Slice the halloumi into fries-sized sticks.
Lightly coat each piece with flour and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry halloumi sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
Serve immediately with yogurt dip, garnished with lemon zest and parsley if desired.
