Prepare the vegetables and any additional fillings.
Take a small portion of rice and flatten it in your hand.
Place a bit of the filling in the center and mold the rice around it, forming a ball.
Wrap with seaweed or sprinkle with chopped seaweed.
Repeat until all rice is used.
Serve fresh or pack for later.
