Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken until done. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Add cooked chicken, remaining Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream to the pan. Simmer.
Drain pasta and add to the pan. Toss everything together.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan and parsley.
