Instructions
Prepare all your ingredients. If using organic produce, wash thoroughly.
In a blender, combine the spinach and almond milk, blending until smooth.
Add the bananas, blueberries, and chia seeds. Blend again until smooth.
Taste the smoothie, and if it’s not sweet enough for your preference, add honey. Blend for a few more seconds.
Add ice cubes and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately for freshness and best flavor.
Notes
Always wash your fruits and greens thoroughly to remove any pesticides and dirt.
For a colder smoothie, freeze your fruits before blending.
If your smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water to reach your preferred consistency.
Don’toverblend; doing so can cause the smoothie to warm up, losing its refreshing chill.
