110-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
18-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1cupsour cream
1cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella cheeseoptional for extra cheesiness

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until evenly brown and crisp. Remove from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and chop.
Squeeze the thawed spinach to remove excess liquid.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Add spinach and bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
