Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
If desired, season both sides of the bacon with black pepper, brown sugar, or maple syrup for added flavor.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your fryer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.
Carefully remove the bacon from the air fryer and drain on paper towels to absorb extra grease.
Serve immediately or use as an ingredient in another dish.
Notes
Don't overlap the bacon slices in the air fryer; they need space for even cooking.
Check the bacon halfway through cooking. Depending on the thickness, you may need to adjust the time.
Pat bacon with a paper towel after cooking. This removes excess fat, making it crispier.
Store leftover bacon in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It's great for multiple meals.
Experiment with flavors by adding different spices or sugar alternatives for a unique twist.
