Instructions
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until it froths.
Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into ovals.
Add your desired toppings.
Transfer the pides onto a hot pizza stone or baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and toppings are cooked.
