Instructions
Lay out the papdis on a serving plate.
Top each papdi with chopped boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas.
Drizzle a generous amount of whisked yogurt over the papdis.
Add tamarind chutney and green chutney as per your taste.
Optionally, sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes.
Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder as per your taste preferences.
Add a handful of sev and, if desired, some pomegranate seeds.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade PapdiChaat!
Notes
Ensure that your yogurt is whisked smoothly and is not sour for the best flavor.
Prepare all the ingredients ahead of time since assembling the chaat should be done quickly to retain the crispiness of the papdi.
Opt for a well-balanced combination of sweet, sour, spicy, and savory elements to make the chaat tantalizing.
Serve immediately after assembling to prevent the papdi from becoming soggy from the yogurt and chutney.
For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
