Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub olive oil over the chicken.
Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken.
Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Roast for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
