Instructions
Cook the pasta as per package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the olive oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
Stir in the cottage cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Adjust the seasoning.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
