500
grams
Fresh yellow beans
3
tablespoons
Butter
3
Fresh garlic cloves
minced
½
teaspoon
Salt
or to taste
¼
teaspoon
Black pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Wash and trim the yellow beans.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute or until fragrant.
Add the yellow beans to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the butter and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the beans are tender-crisp.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Always start with fresh yellow beans; they should snap when bent.
Cook the beans just until tender-crisp to retain their vibrant color and nutrients.
If butter is browning too quickly, reduce the heat to prevent it from burning.
Always add garlic after the butter has melted to avoid burning it.
Taste as you go, adjusting salt and pepper to your preference.
