ground beef

egg noodles

can cream of mushroom soup

shredded cheddar cheese

frozen mixed veggies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles as per package instructions.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and veggies.
Combine the beef and noodle with the soup mixture.
Layer half of this mixture into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat layering with the remaining mixture and cheese.
(Optional) Add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Pre-cook the noodles to save time but don’t cook them too soft as they’ll cook more in the oven.
Drain excess fat from the beef after browning to avoid a greasy casserole.
You can prepare the ingredients ahead of time for quick assembly.
For a crispy top layer, you can add breadcrumbs before baking.
You can also add some spices like garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.
