Ingredients
1
pound
ground beef
1
packet taco seasoning
6 to 8
small tortillas
1
cup
shredded cheese
½
cup
salsa
Instructions
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat from beef.
Add taco seasoning and follow the packet instructions (usually add water and let simmer).
While the beef is cooking, warm your tortillas in the oven or on a skillet.
Assemble tacos: Place some beef on a tortilla, then top with shredded cheese and salsa.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Brown the beef thoroughly. You want it fully cooked and slightly crispy.
Warm the tortillas before assembling. This makes them more pliable.
Customize your toppings. Don't limit yourself to just cheese and salsa. Add what you love.
Drain excess fat from beef after cooking. This keeps the tacos from getting too greasy.
Make a taco bar for parties. Lay out all ingredients separately and let everyone build their own taco.
