Roast Beef Sandwich

pound
roast beef slices
4
slices
of bread
4
slices
of cheese
provolone, Swiss, etc.
A few leaves of lettuce
Mayonnaise and mustard for spreading
Instructions
Toast your 4 slices of bread until they are just crispy.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Place a slice of cheese on two of the bread slices.
Add roast beef slices on top of the cheese.
Add lettuce leaves on top of the roast beef.
Top with the remaining slices of bread, sauce side down.
Press down slightly to make it easier to eat.
Cut in half and enjoy your roast beef sandwich!
Notes
Toast the bread for a better texture.
Use freshly sliced roast beef for better flavor.
Warm the roast beef a bit before assembling if you like it hot.
Customize your sauces and veggies as you like.
Don't pack it too full, or it'll be hard to eat.
