cup
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
sugar
1
tablespoon
sesame oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Marinate the beef in the sauce for 30 minutes.
Trim the green onions so they fit the width of the beef slices.
Lay out a beef slice, place a green onion at one end, and roll it up.
Use a bamboo skewer to secure the roll.
Heat a pan on high.
Cook the rolls for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
Remove from heat and serve.
Notes
Make sure to marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors sink in.
Use a bamboo skewer to help keep the beef and green onions rolled together.
Cooking the rolls on high heat quickly will help keep the beef tender.
Don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed.
You can prepare the rolls in advance and cook them when ready to serve.
