thinly sliced beef steak

bell peppers of different colors
sliced

soy sauce

Instructions
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
Add the beef slices and cook until they start to brown.
Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and the bell peppers are tender yet still crunchy.
Serve immediately as desired.
Notes
Always have your ingredients prepped and ready before starting. Stir-frying is a fast cooking method.
For tender beef, slice against the grain and don’t overcook.
For a spicier kick, you can add a tablespoon of chili sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
To thicken the sauce, mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and add it in the last few minutes of cooking.
Vegetables like broccoli, snap peas, or baby corn can also be added for variety.
