Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Heat taco shells as per package instructions.
To assemble a taco, spoon beef into a taco shell, top with lettuce and cheese.
Serve immediately with your choice of additional toppings.
Notes
For juicier beef, avoid overcooking. Stop cooking when it's just browned.
Customize your taco seasoning for a milder or spicier filling.
Warm taco shells slightly before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Set up a taco bar with ingredients, allowing guests to assemble their own tacos.
Leftover taco meat makes a great filler for burritos, quesadillas, or taco salads.
