Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Add the thinly sliced beef into the sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef along with the sauce.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until beef is cooked and sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve hot.
