dry rub
¼ cup paprika, ¼ cup black pepper, ¼ cup salt, ¼ cup garlic powder

bag wood chips

apple cider vinegar
BBQ sauce for serving
Instructions
Rub the brisket with the dry rub.
Put the brisket in the fridge to marinate overnight.
Preheat smoker to 225°F.
Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
Place wood chips in smoker.
Put the brisket in the smoker.
Spray apple cider vinegar on the brisket every hour to keep moist.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 190-205°F, about 6-8 hours.
Take out, wrap in foil, and let rest for at least an hour.
Slice and serve with BBQ sauce.
