Chicken breasts

Instructions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika.
Add chicken cubes, ensuring they're well coated with the marinade.
Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably longer.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
Notes
Use metal skewers or if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.
Don't overcrowd the skewers. This ensures even cooking.
Grill on medium-high heat to get those perfect char marks without overcooking the chicken.
Rotate skewers frequently for even cooking.
