Instructions
In a bowl, mix chicken slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the lime juice. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
In a hot skillet, cook the marinated chicken slices until fully cooked and slightly golden.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
Place cooked chicken on tortillas. Top with red onion, cilantro, and a drizzle of the remaining lime juice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
