Cut your loaf of bread into smaller slices and set aside.
Combine butter, onion flakes, pepper, salt, ground mustard, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
Generously spread the garlic butter on the pieces of bread and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
