cumin
1

Instructions
Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, minced garlic, and spices in a bowl to make the marinade.
Place the chicken in a dish or ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it, making sure it's fully coated.
Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken, regularly basting with the marinade, until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
If using wooden skewers for grilling, soak them in water for about 30 minutes prior to avoid burning.
Regularly basting the chicken as it grills will help to keep it moist and flavorful.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked properly. It should read 165°F (74°C) when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and juicy.
