medium-sized chicken breasts
2
cups
of sliced white button mushrooms
1
cup
of heavy cream
3
cloves
of garlic
minced

tablespoons
of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let simmer until sauce thickens.
Add the chicken back into the pan. Let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
Season your chicken well. This can make a huge difference in the flavor.
Clean your mushrooms properly, but don’t soak them as they can absorb water.
Cook the mushrooms until they are nicely browned. This adds a lot of flavor to the dish.
Let the cream sauce simmer until it thickens for a rich, creamy texture.
