Instructions
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, sauté the onion and green bell pepper until they are softened.
Add the diced tomatoes and Creole seasoning to the pan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring to ensure it's well-coated with the sauce. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, approximately 3-5 minutes.
Serve the shrimp creole hot with your choice of sides.

If you’re using frozen shrimp, make sure to properly thaw them before starting the cooking process.
