Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean and slice the strawberries. Wash and dry the spinach.
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, spinach, feta cheese, and toasted pine nuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
Just before serving, pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Notes
Make sure your spinach is thoroughly cleaned and dried before using it.
Toast the pine nuts before adding them to the salad for a more enhanced flavor.
To prevent the salad from getting soggy, add the dressing just before serving.
The feta cheese can be quite salty, so taste before adding any additional salt.
