Place your Impossible Burgers in the air fryer basket and defrost for 5 minutes at 300F.
Once they have defrosted, spray the burgers with a coat of non-stick cooking spray and air fry for 7 minutes at 300F.
Cut your buns in half while waiting for the burgers to cook, and spread mayo across the bottom half.
Once your burgers are cooked, add your burger patties and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Spread the ketchup on the bottom of your bun's top half, then place it on the burger.
Serve while fresh, and enjoy!

Notes
For a vegan version, feel free to use vegan mayo and vegan cheese (or take them out).
Start by preheating your air fryer to around 375F. This ensures that the cooking process begins immediately and the burger cooks evenly.
Place your Impossible Burger patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Flip the Impossible Burger patties halfway through the process to ensure even cooking. This will help achieve a nice crust on both sides.
