salt and ground black pepper

BBQ sauce
Instructions
Season the rib racks with salt and black pepper evenly.
In the pot of Instant Pot, place the rib rack and remaining ingredients except the BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
Secure the lid and turn to “Seal” position.
Cook on “Manual” with “High Pressure” for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Press “Cancel” and allow a natural release.
Carefully, remove the lid and place the rib rack onto a baking sheet.
Spread the BBQ sauce over the rib rack evenly.
Bake for about 5 minutes per side.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
