Instructions
Cook the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred it into pieces using two forks.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Place a layer of lettuce on each tortilla.
Top the lettuce with the buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle blue cheese on top.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the ends.
Slice in half before serving.
