Ingredients
4
boneless
skinless chicken breasts
5
cloves
of minced garlic
½
cup
of unsalted butter
2
tablespoons
of fresh chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season them with salt and pepper, then pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Always use a meat thermometer to check the chicken's internal temperature. It should reach 165°F (74°C) to ensure it's cooked thoroughly.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking. This helps the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, keeping it moist and flavorful.
Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking. If you're a fan of strong garlic flavor, feel free to add more.
Use fresh herbs when possible. They generally provide a more potent flavor than dried herbs.
For a crispier exterior, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Be sure to watch it closely to avoid burning.
